Govt. Polytechnic Sonipat is blessed with the entire infrastructure and a highly dedicated Team. We have a separate fully furnished & fully AC Training & Placement Office, Air Conditions equipped Mini - Auditorium and Smart Class Rooms for conducting Tests and Interviews of the students during the recruitment process.
For the Industrial Training, which is mandatory for the students, Government Organisations are preferred. In order to enhance the placement of students in Japanese Oriented Companies, a fundamental course for the Japanese Language is being organised by the Institute free of cost.
Industry - Institute Cell has been established in the institute for the upliftment of the quality standards of technical Education in the campus. For the execution of the same following activities are performed:
I. Extension/ Expert Lecturers are organised from reputed Industries
II. Workshops are organised both at Institute Level as well as State Level
III. Seminars are conducted
Process of Recruitment:
Initially we invite Industry for the Campus visit through email. A suitable date of test/interview is finalised by the company and company visit institute accordingly. A PPT (Pre - Placement Talk) is organised by the teams at both end. With the due process, a Pre - Placement is done by adopting any of the methods mentioned below:
I. Technical Test
II. Group Discussion
III. Psychomotor Test
IV. Interview
After that, screening of the students is being done and is called for the final Interview. After that a Technical Interview followed by an HR interview conducted by the Company as per their organisation structure. Offer Letter is provided by the company after the final selection of the students which contains all the details of the pay, package, fringes & terms & conditions of the companies.
